The Coach

25 years on Division I & II benches

Three & Dime training is led by Adrianne Harlow — a 25-year collegiate women's basketball coach with Associate Head Coach and Interim Head Coach experience, and an MBA in Finance (Summa Cum Laude). She's helped guide a program through the Division II–to–Division I transition, recruited and developed an ASUN Hall of Fame inductee, designed offenses that jumped 10 points per game, and won conference championships and reached the NCAA Tournament at the Division II level.

Stops along the way include Southern Illinois (DI, MVC), North Alabama (DII → DI, ASUN), Stetson (DI, ASUN), Tusculum, and Belmont Abbey — with hands-on command of recruiting, scouting, player development, budgeting, scheduling, and travel.
